Its scent is seductive of black caramelized cherries, fine spices and warm chocolate. The Spier - 21 Gables Pinotage is full-bodied and distinctive on the palate. Fine soft tannins, a nice structure and good length.
Goes well with strong meat such as beef, lamb or game.
