The Diem - Mixed Set is an organic white wine consisting of the following grape varieties: Grüner Veltliner-Frühroter Veltliner-Müller Thurgau-Riesling-Neuburger.
The main grape varieties leave an elegant scent of ripe pome fruit and nuts on the nose. Juicy on the palate, dry and supple, lively with a delicate play, pleasant acidity, very elegant and harmonious in the mouth.
Goes well with poultry, pasta and aged cheese.
