The Uva Mira- D.W. Syrah is a ruby red wine and gives off an extremely concentrated bouquet.
On the nose, aromas of cherries, raspberries and rose fragrance. There are also fine nuances of subtle spices of pepper and fresh herbs.
On the palate, an unforgettable taste experience with a dry and long-lasting finish.
The D.W. Syrah is dedicated to the visionary and founder of the winery, Des Weedon, who gave the winery the Latin name "Uva Mira".
Goes well with starters, salads and hearty meat dishes.
