Girlan - Patricia Pinot Noir DOC 2019

The Girlan - Patricia Pinot Noir DOC is a very well structured and distinctive fruity, versatile Pinot Noir.

The Winery Girlan is a typical Überetscher wine farm. Modern cellar technology and optimal storage conditions for the Girlan wines are hidden behind these traditional walls and in the extensive cellar corridors. In 2010 the winery was modernized in order to meet today's technical requirements.

A new grape receiving station, a functional press room and a new fermentation cellar were completed shortly before the 2010 vintage was harvested. With the 2010 vintage, our grapes could be processed gently using their own gravity and without mechanical movement. The bottle warehouse was expanded to ensure optimal bottle storage with the aim of providing customers with ready-to-drink wines.

"Patricia" Pinot Noir DOC glows in the glass with garnet reflections. On the nose, a wonderful play of scents of dark berries with notes of fine warming spices.

Fine and soft tannins on the palate with a long-lasting finish.

Thanks to its structured and velvety fullness it fits Patricia Pinot Noir excellent with vegetarian or hearty meat dishes.
