Tamboerskloof - Katharien Rosé is a light, salmon-colored rosé wine.
On the nose an extremely lush scent of berries, melon, pomegranate and spices. This complexity continues to the palate. The amazing weight in the middle of the palate gives the rosé wine depth and is a nice prelude to a limitless finale.
The wine was named after the youngest daughter Katharien Rosé.
A wonderful summer wine!
Goes well with vegetables, salmon and fish dishes.
