The uniqueness of Vodka Medoff lies in its smoothness, which is achieved through a purification with honey. This technology is based on the binding properties of honey. When the honey proteins coagulate in the water-alcohol mixture, all harmful trace components bind to these proteins. These are filtered out of the product through several highly complex filter processes.
